1 General Terms and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between tk1972 and the person using its services ("user" or "you"). "Platform" refers to tk1972's website, mobile app and other digital channels.
"Services" refers to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games and other entertainment gaming activities offered through tk1972. "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered final.
2 Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account at tk1972. Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
- Full legal name (as per National ID card)
- Active mobile number (linked to bKash, Nagad or Rocket)
- Correct date of birth (for age verification)
- A valid email address (optional, but useful for password recovery)
2.2 Identity Verification
tk1972 reserves the right to initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID card or passport and proof of your mobile banking account details. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
2.3 Password Security
Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with others or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the tk1972 support team immediately.
3 Age Limit and Eligibility
All tk1972 services are available to persons aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
If proof of underage use is found, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may not be returned. tk1972 reserves the right to verify age through third-party means.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Deposits at tk1972 can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are usually credited instantly or within a short time. If incorrect details are provided during a deposit, the transaction may fail and tk1972 will not be held responsible in such cases.
After a deposit is completed, you will receive a confirmation message on your mobile. If any issue arises, immediate assistance is available through live chat.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered on the account.
- All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal
- Large withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed
- tk1972 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal in the case of a suspicious transaction
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
4.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. tk1972 does not share your financial information with third parties, as explained in detail in our Privacy Policy.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,200 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 Other Bonus Terms
- The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds from bonus money
- Multiple bonuses on the same deposit cannot be combined unless specifically stated
- Bonuses that are not used within the specified period after being credited may expire
- tk1972 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion
- If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled
5.3 Weekly and Special Offers

6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Terms
Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a bet is affected by a technical error, tk1972 may cancel that bet. Bets accepted at abnormal or erroneous odds are subject to cancellation.
6.2 Game Results
Live casino game results are determined through live dealers and real-time technology. Slots and video games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased results. If you have a dispute regarding any game result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting allows you to place bets on the outcome of specific matches or events. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though different rules may apply in certain categories. 7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1972 and will result in immediate account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
- Using fraudulent methods to abuse bonus benefits
- Placing bets using software, bots or automated tools
- Attempting to breach platform security or hacking
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Fraudulent collusion with other users
- Creating an account with false information
If any of the above activities are detected, tk1972 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.
8 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 At tk1972's Discretion
tk1972 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or any other valid reason.
8.2 At the User's Request
You may request to close your own account at any time. In such cases, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be returned. If you request Self-Exclusion, access to your account will be blocked for a specified period.
9 Privacy and Data Protection
tk1972 follows our Privacy Policy when collecting, storing and using your personal data. We use industry-standard technology to protect your information and do not disclose it to any unauthorised third party.
Using the information provided at registration, tk1972 may send you service-related notifications, bonus offers and important updates. You may request to stop receiving these notifications at any time.
10 Responsible Gaming

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request to close your account.
Even if any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. This document constitutes the complete and final agreement between tk1972 and the user.
